Returns Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by respective
sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange,
replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All
products listed under a category may not have the same returns policy. For all
products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns
policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product
page for any exceptions to the table below.
The return policy is divided into three
parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases
under which returns will be accepted.
·In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for
any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
·During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a
different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds
for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no
return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such
cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be
applicable. Go to the last of this to know more about Open Box
Delivery.
·For products where installation is provided by gifts zone's service
partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. gifts zone authorised
personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
·For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised
service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the
faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only
in cases where the service personnel opines that replacing the faulty/defective
part will not resolve the issue.
Return and Refund Policy
At
Giftszone.in, we are responsible for all the items what we sell. So, we made an
easy return policy for our customer. All return requests must be initiated by
the buyer within 3 days of receipt of their parcel. No return requests will be
entertained post that.
Terms and Conditions
·All return requests should be initiated by
the buyer within 3 days of receiving their order.
·All price tags and labels on the product
should be intact.
·The product should be unwashed, unused and
in an undamaged condition.
·The product must be returned with original
accessories and in the original box/packaging as it was delivered to you.
·Products like Freebies, clothing freebies,
jewellery, fragile items and hygiene-related items, food items etc. do not
qualify for replacement, exchanges or refund.
·Products marked as
"non-returnable" on the product detail page not qualifies for
returns.
·Missing manufacturer tag, bills, from
original packing will not be accepted for returns.
·Any exchange or returns for reasons other
than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
How do I return my Product?
We
offer easy return service; please contact our customer care they will assist
you with the process.

Do I need to send the product, or can it be collected from my address?
Unfortunately,
Giftszone.in is not offering reverse pickup; you may have to self-ship the item
through a reliable local courier service. Any amount you spend on sending the
product by yourself will be reimbursed to your account (Maximum of 100 INR).
Please mention invoice number on the address label and send the product to the

Refund Policy :
Refunds
of payments will be processed within 7-15 working days from the date of product
received at our premises or warehouse.
Terms and Conditions:
·Any exchange or returns for reasons other
than mentioned in returns, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
·Refunds of payments made via Cash on
Delivery will be done by online transfers. An email form will be sent to the
customer requesting to enter bank account details. Please further note that you
shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and the
company shall not be responsible in case wrong information has been provided to
it.
·For payments made through electronic means
like the debit card, credit card, net banking, etc. refund shall be made in the
same payment mode.
·Please note that we shall not be
responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as
that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In the case of nationalized
banks, a delay can be expected for the refund to be visible in the account.
·We cannot offer a refund when the mobile
number is not reachable/ switched off or buyer’s unavailability or wrong
address or item status is in transit or shipped.
Can I get a refund for a part of my order?
Yes. You can request a refund for a part of your order if the order contains multiple sub-orders or products. You can get a refund only for one of the products. However, if a product comprises multiple items as a bundle, amount of individual items will not be refunded

Delivery?
Ans: In Open
Box Delivery, our Wishmaster will open the package in front of you at the time
of delivery. Both outside as well as the brand packing is opened and shown to
you. This ensures that you only receive what you ordered.
Q. Is this Service
available everywhere?
Ans: Open Box
Delivery will only be available for select pin codes in Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar
and Chandigarh. If your order is eligible for OBD, you will get an option to
select Open Box Delivery in the Order Summary page.
Q. How do I avail of
this service?
Ans: In case
you're eligible for Open Box Delivery, you'll get an option of Open Box
Delivery at the Order Summary page. You can avail of the service by selecting
the same option while ordering.
Q. Is this Service
Free?
Ans: Open Box
Delivery is a Free service.
Q. In case of COD,
when should I make payment? Before or After Open Box Delivery?
Ans: You should
always complete the payment before availing of Open box Delivery. In case you
find the product is missing, damaged or completely different from what you
ordered you can return the product immediately and get a refund on it.
Q. What will happen
if the product is found to be missing/damaged/not what I ordered at the time of
the delivery?
Ans: In case
you find the product to be missing, damaged or completely different from what
you ordered, please ask the Wishmaster to take it back immediately. In case of
COD orders, you'll get your refund immediately from the Wishmaster. In case of
prepaid orders, you'll get a refund credited to your account according to the
Seller's returns policy.
Q. Can I get a
replacement instead of refund?
Ans: You can only get refund in case the product is
deemed not acceptable.
Q. Are all the
payment modes available with OBD?
Ans: All the other payment modes except Card on Delivery
is available along with Open Box Delivery orders.

opting in to Open Box Delivery you are agreeing to the following Terms &

You understand that for open box delivery, you are
required to take the delivery of product in person after producing a valid
identity card. Production of valid identity card is optional only if there are
other modes of delivery available at Your pin code other than open box
delivery.

In case You choose cash on delivery mode of payment
at the time of order, You understand and agree that the payment has to be made
in full before the product can be opened to complete the open box delivery.

You agree and understand that only the delivery boy
("Wishmaster") is entitled to open product package and deliver the
product to You for Your inspection

You agree to inspect the product in the presence of
the Wishmaster and confirm on the product by signing on the mobile/paper
delivery sheet. You understand that inspection means checking the physical
appearance & components of the product, if any, and does not include
testing the functioning of the product

You understand that in case the product purchased
is not the same as the product delivered, the delivery will be considered as
'failed' and the refund of the product price paid will be refunded as per
policies of the seller of the product. In case of cash paid on delivery, the
refund will be made to You immediately by the Wishmaster.

You agree and understand that all other policies of
the seller/Website will be suitably applicable to You and the transaction
completed on the Website and You agree to abide by and adhere to the same.
